The TL-PRO is Thunder Lane US’s flagship true 3-way adjustable coilover system for the BMW E46, built for serious track use — time attack, hill climb, road racing, autocross, and HPDE. Every set is hand-assembled to order and bespoke-valved to match your goals.
Included with every order: CVP + PVP dyno graphs, build-to-order spring rate selection, and damping tuned for repeatable performance.

We build each kit per order in Poland, selecting valving, spring rates, and hardware around your tire, aero, weight, and intended use. Want more support under aero load? More compliance over rough surfaces? We’ll tune for it.
Damping Philosophy & Check Valve Design
TL dampers utilize an internal check valve design to improve response and consistency across long sessions. The goal is a damper that communicates clearly at the limit and stays stable as temperatures rise.

We build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)
Due to high demand and a recent increase in new orders and rebuilds, all orders currently require a 3–4 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
Shipping Time to the United States
Once your order is complete and ready to dispatch, typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Transit time can vary slightly depending on carrier, customs processing, and your location.
