The Audi 80 TL-PRO Coilover System is Thunder Lane’s true 3-way adjustable coilover for the Audi 80 — hand-assembled in Poland and built to order, valved to your exact specification whether the goal is tarmac track, gravel rally, or street. This long-stroke build ships with inverted front 36mm and rear 46mm pistons and external compression canisters.

Built for Racing, Time Attack, Autocross, and HPDE

Independent rebound, low-speed compression, and high-speed compression let you tune mechanical grip and platform support across surfaces. Because every kit is built to your specification, the same platform can be set up for stage rally, circuit work, or a compliant street ride.

Technical Specs

  • True 3-way: 20-click rebound, 34-click low-speed compression, 18-click high-speed compression
  • Inverted front 36mm-piston and rear 46mm-piston dampers, long-stroke
  • Swift springs with helper springs
  • Front and rear external compression canisters with quick disconnects
  • Front eccentric top hats; rebuildable and re-valvable dampers
  • Spring rates finalized in consultation with you before production begins
  • CVP + PVP dyno graphs included with every kit

Construction & Hardware

External compression canisters increase oil volume and improve heat management for consistent damping over long stages, with quick disconnects for a clean install. Check valves manage the split between compression and rebound, and every damper is fully rebuildable, serviceable, and re-valvable.

Fitment

Audi 80 (B4), 1986–1996.

We build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)

Because every set is machined and assembled for one specific car, most orders require a 4–6 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
