Built to order, to your spec. The TL-ONE is Thunder Lane US’s track-focused single adjustable coilover system for the BMW E36. Every set is hand-assembled and bespoke-valved to match your tire, aero, grip level, and goals — whether that’s HPDE, autocross, time attack, or wheel-to-wheel.
Included with every order: CVP + PVP dyno graphs, build-to-order spring rate selection, and damping tuned for repeatable performance.

Inverted Monotube Damper Design
TL-ONE for the BMW E36 features inverted front struts and inverted rear shocks. This design increases rigidity under load, improves durability, and delivers more consistent damping behavior during aggressive driving.

Do you include dyno graphs?
Yes. Every order includes CVP + PVP dyno graphs so you can document performance and track changes over time.
Can you help choose spring rates and setup?
Absolutely. We’ll confirm spring rates, ride height targets, and intended use during the build process.
Are these suitable for street use?
These systems are built with track performance as the priority. Many customers do drive them on the street, but expect a firm, motorsport-oriented ride quality.
Lead time and warranty?
Build time: built to order. Warranty: 3-Year Warranty (non-competition use).
We build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)
Due to high demand and a recent increase in new orders and rebuilds, all orders currently require a 3–4 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
Shipping Time to the United States
Once your order is complete and ready to dispatch, typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Transit time can vary slightly depending on carrier, customs processing, and your location.
