The BMW E60 5 Series TL-ONE Coilover System is Thunder Lane's track-focused single-adjustable coilover for the BMW E60 5 Series (2003–2010) — hand-assembled in Poland and bespoke-valved to your car, tires, and goals. It pairs 46mm monotube dampers with 20-click rebound adjustment, dual height adjustment, and linear springs valved specifically to your setup.
Built for Racing, Time Attack, Autocross, and HPDE
The E60 carries real mass on a comfort-biased chassis, so it rewards a damper that disciplines body motion without punishing the road. TL-ONE is valved around that balance, and every kit can also be valved specifically for street use — the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.
Technical Specs
- 46mm monotube damper bodies, electroplated and fully rebuildable
- 20-click rebound adjustment (single-adjustable) with digressive valving
- Dual height adjustment independent of spring preload
- Rubber or pillowball (spherical) top mounts
- Linear-rate springs specified to your car, with Swift spring option
- Spring rates finalized in consultation with you before production begins
- CVP + PVP dyno graphs included with every kit
Construction & Hardware
Check valves manage the split between compression and rebound for strong low-speed platform control. The 46mm monotube bodies are electroplated for corrosion resistance, and every damper is fully rebuildable, serviceable, and re-valvable with individual replacement parts.
Fitment
BMW E60 5 Series, all trims, 2003–2010.
