The Corvette C5/C6 TL-ONE Coilover System is Thunder Lane's build-to-order coilover for the Chevrolet Corvette C5 and C6 — hand-assembled in Poland and tuned specifically to your car for real performance gains without unnecessary stiffness.
Built for Racing, Time Attack, Autocross, and HPDE
Spring rates, damper valving, and shock length are selected based on how the car is actually used, preserving suspension travel even at lowered ride heights. Every kit can also be valved specifically for street use — the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.
Technical Specs
- 46mm monotube dampers
- 20-click adjustable damping (1-way rebound, or symmetrical rebound/compression depending on configuration)
- Ride Height Adjustment (fixed-length shock bodies, no dead space)
- CNC-machined top hats and mounts, pillowball/spherical bearing top hats
- CVP + PVP dyno graphs included with every kit
Construction & Hardware
Check valves manage the split between compression and rebound so the car maintains grip and stability over bumps and curbing without excess stiffness. Electroplated shock bodies and collars resist corrosion, and every kit is fully rebuildable, serviceable, and re-valvable as your setup evolves — including a path to upgrade to remote-reservoir 3-way adjustable damping later.
Fitment
Chevrolet Corvette C5 (1997–2004) and C6 (2005–2013) — final configuration confirmed during the build.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the lead time?
4–6 weeks, built to order.
What's the warranty?
6 months — void for track damage, covers unreasonable wear and defects only.
Can TL-ONE be upgraded to remote reservoirs or 3-way adjustment?
Yes — TL-ONE can be upgraded to a remote-reservoir 3-way adjustable configuration for independent low- and high-speed compression control.
Do I need corner weights to order?
No — helpful but not required. We can build using vehicle weight, tire size, ride height, sway bar configuration, and intended use.
Is this streetable?
Yes — every kit can be valved specifically for street use if that's your preference. Even with track-oriented valving, the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.

Not sure which spec you need?
Tell us the chassis, how the car is built, and how you use it. We spec the kit before anything is assembled.
Spec your build with usWe build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)
Because every set is machined and assembled for one specific car, most orders require a 4–6 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
Shipping Time to the United States
Once your order is complete and ready to dispatch, typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Transit time can vary slightly depending on carrier, customs processing, and your location.
