The Mustang S550/S650 TL-PRO Coilover System (2015+) is Thunder Lane’s flagship true 3-way adjustable coilover for the Ford Mustang — hand-assembled in Poland and built for serious track use: time attack, endurance, and high-grip street/track builds where repeatable damping control and thermal stability matter.

Built for Racing, Time Attack, Autocross, and HPDE

Independent 3-way damping adjustment lets you tune chassis platform separately from bump compliance — rebound for balance and response, low-speed compression for braking/roll/pitch, and high-speed compression for bumps and curbing. Every kit can also be valved specifically for street use — the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.

Technical Specs

  • Front inverted struts (36mm piston), rear dampers (46mm piston)
  • 20-click rebound, 34-click low-speed compression, 18-click high-speed compression (true 3-way)
  • Ride Height Adjustment (fixed-length damper)
  • Front camber plates, rear remote compression canisters with quick disconnect
  • Track baseline springs: Front 10–12kg / Rear 16kg (customizable)
  • CVP + PVP dyno graphs included with every kit

Construction & Hardware

Rear remote compression canisters increase oil volume for better heat management and damping consistency under sustained track load, with quick-disconnect fittings for clean mounting and easy service. Front camber plates give alignment flexibility, and every damper is rebuildable, serviceable, and re-valvable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the lead time?

4–6 weeks, built to order.

What’s the warranty?

6 months — void for track damage, covers unreasonable wear and defects only.

What does 3-way adjustment control?

Rebound tunes response and balance, low-speed compression controls chassis platform (roll/pitch), and high-speed compression manages bumps and curbing.

Do the canisters require permanent mounting?

No — quick disconnect fittings simplify installation and service.

Is this streetable?

Yes — every kit can be valved specifically for street use if that’s your preference. Even with track-oriented valving, the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.

Not sure which spec you need?

Tell us the chassis, how the car is built, and how you use it. We spec the kit before anything is assembled.

Spec your build with us

We build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)

Because every set is machined and assembled for one specific car, most orders require a 4–6 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.

Shipping Time to the United States

Once your order is complete and ready to dispatch, typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Transit time can vary slightly depending on carrier, customs processing, and your location.
