The Mazda RX-8 TL-ONE Coilover System (2003–2012) is Thunder Lane's build-to-order coilover for the RX-8 — hand-assembled in Poland with digressive valving and long-stroke travel for real bump compliance.
Built for Racing, Time Attack, Autocross, and HPDE
The RX-8's rotary-specific weight distribution and grip characteristics are accounted for in the valving, aimed at predictable damping through fast direction changes. Every kit can also be valved specifically for street use — the compliance needed for competent track use often makes for a comfortable street ride, since controlling the platform better also controls body motion better on the street.

Construction & Hardware
Electroplated shock bodies resist corrosion, and long-stroke travel keeps the RX-8 compliant over curbing and rough pavement without sacrificing control. Every damper is rebuildable, with helper springs and rear rubber-isolated mounts rounding out the kit.

Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
