The Nissan 350z/Infiniti G35 Non-Adjustable Suspension Kit is Thunder Lane's ChampCar-specific setup: a true 0-point suspension option built to the ChampCar Endurance Series points rules. Ride height, damping, spring shape, and top hat design all stay within the rules, so the kit takes no suspension points penalties while still delivering race-developed damping and a real spring rate.
Why It Takes Zero Points

Valving Developed From Our Adjustable Kit
This isn't our adjustable kit with the adjuster removed. We worked with a customer who races our adjustable 350z setup and used their click settings to choose the force range this kit targets. With no adjuster circuit, reaching that range took a different piston and shim stack plus several rounds of fine tuning. The result is fixed damping that matches a proven race setting.
Spring Rates
A 14k front and 12k rear spring keep the same front/rear spring split we run on our adjustable kits. The rates are slightly softer than those kits because of manufacturing limits on OEM-shape springs at the length this chassis needs.
Proven in Endurance Racing
Skid Mark Racing was the first team to run this setup in ChampCar. Their previous package used progressive springs that stayed under 8k even at their stiffest, and drivers said the car was skittish under braking and never settled in corners. After switching, the team reported that the car is significantly more confidence-inspiring: it stays composed under braking and takes a set mid-corner.

Does this kit take any ChampCar suspension points?
No. Ride height and damping are fixed, the springs keep the OEM shape and diameter, and the top hats use OEM-style rubber bushings, so the kit is a true 0-point option.
Why 14k front / 12k rear instead of the rates on your adjustable kits?
The kit keeps the same front/rear spring split as our adjustable setups. The rates are slightly softer because of manufacturing limits on OEM-shape springs at the required length.
How was the damping chosen if it can't be adjusted?
We based the force range on the click settings of a customer racing our adjustable 350Z kit, then built a dedicated piston and shim stack to hit that range without an adjuster circuit.
What does it fit?
2003–2008 Nissan 350Z, 2003–2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe, and 2003–2006 Infiniti G35 Sedan (RWD only). It does not fit AWD G35x models.
