What’s the return policy?
Because this product is custom-built to your specifications, it is generally non-returnable once production begins. Contact us before ordering if you have fitment questions.
We build every suspension set to order and want you to know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Build Lead Time (Made-to-Order)
Due to high demand and a recent increase in new orders and rebuilds, all orders currently require a 3–4 week lead time to machine hardware and complete assembly.
Every set is built 100% in-house in Kraków, Poland—no outsourced assembly, no pre-built inventory.
Shipping Time to the United States
Once your order is complete and ready to dispatch, typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5–10 business days.
Transit time can vary slightly depending on carrier, customs processing, and your location.
