Thunder Lane builds hand-assembled, bespoke-valved coilover systems for classic Honda Civics — the EK (1996–2000) and the Civic IV (ED, 1987–1991) with TL-ONE single-adjustable systems, and the Civic V (EG, 1991–1995) with the TL-PRO true 3-way. These featherweight FWD chassis reward usable suspension travel over raw spring rate, and because every kit is built to order, the same platform can be valved for autocross, track, rally, or a sharp street build.
Every kit is assembled per order in Poland with electroplated, fully rebuildable monotube dampers, 2.5" springs, and CVP + PVP dyno graphs documenting your exact valving. The EG TL-PRO adds independent rebound, low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment for serious competition work.
